Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Olli Ella pieces as much as we do, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
